RUN3V3 - OUR HS 3v3 LEAGUE (NO COACHES / NO PRACTICE)

THIS IS A 3-on-3 BASKETBALL LEAGUE:

In the off-season, we love to see our players working on their game. This league is an opportunity where you don't have a coach, you play the whole game, and you work on your skills!

Our "season" will be 10 (3v3 / Half Court) games + playoffs beginning the first week of June and finishing the first week of July. Each team has 2 games one-night per week.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

RUN3V3 is for HS age players in Wallingford (Including 8th grade players entering HS). Players signing up will be assigned to teams built by the league for competitive balance. *We will consider teammate requests.*

NO COACHES / NO PRACTICE / JUST FUN.

PROGRAM COST & WHAT IS INCLUDED:

Each player is $125 and can have up to 5 players on their active roster.

Registration includes games + playoffs and a RUN3V3 reversible jersey.

Games will be held on one night per week (more details coming) and we expect to host most, if not all, weeks at Choate.

GAME RULES:

GAME PLAY:

-All games are half court.

-Ball must be checked with defense and passed in.

-Winners outs after a made basket.

-Game duration is two 12 min 1/2's with running time.

-Overtime is 2 mins and will repeat until a winner is declared.

SCORING:

Points are 1-point from field and 2-points from the arc.

UNIFORMS:

-Designated HOME team wears white side of jersey

-AWAY team wears BLUE.

OFFICIATING:

-Fouls called by refs will result in possession, not shots.

-Technical fouls will be assessed for unsportsmanlike behavior

-2 technicals in a single game will result in a team forfeit.

-Our refs are kids from the program... Be kind.

-NCAA (Top Half of League)
