Professionally, Anthony is a sales leader in enterprise software at Workday and owns a consulting practice, LaPia Leadership. To give back, he sits on the board of his alma mater's (Eastern Connecticut State) Career Services Department working with students and alumni.
The LaPia's (Cait and Anthony) share 7 active children (AJ, Cara, Chloe, CJ, Logan, Camryn, and Cadence) and their dogs (Summer and Ocho).
Caitlin loves children and her favorite thing to do is watch her kids compete in sports. She has been on both sides of the field as a soccer and track athlete in her youth and as a coach in Weber/Gannon basketball and Wallingford Soccer. Caitlin loves children and her favorite thing to do is watch her kids compete in sports. Cait has served as the team supermom in any number of other sports. With the Wolverines, she handles the budget for the program and helps align the day to day operations from end-to-end.
Caitlin works for the Wallingford BOE. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys traveling with her husband, Anthony, and their blended family of 7 children (AJ, Cara, Chloe, CJ, Logan, Camryn, and Cadence) , beaches, and Florida Gator football.

Mike has been giving back to the community for many of his 18 years as a Wallingford resident. Through various experiences volunteering with Wallingford lacrosse (2 years), little league (3 years), travel, and rec basketball (3 & 4 years), Mike has developed proven concepts as a coach who loves working with the kids. Mike spent his playing days in his hometown of Bridgeport CT and continued to enjoy the game through intramural play at Southern Connecticut State University.
When away from the court, Mike works as a leader in IT who enjoys time with his daughter (Ava), son (Grayson) and their German Shepherd (Zuko).
Patrick has played basketball for most of his life, including here in Wallingford as part of youth, AAU, and Lyman Hall HS programs. He is still active in competitive softball, basketball, and volleyball in his spare time. Professionally, Pat is an HCM Consultant with Paylocity. Personally, he lives with his wife Alicia and their two children (daughter Elle, son Teddy) in Wallingford, CT.
John is the head coach on our 6th grade team. He has spent his life as a competitive athlete and coach in football , basketball, and baseball. This is John's second year coaching with the Wolverines as he assisted our 8th grade team last season.

He loves using the lessons he's learned on to kids who are learning to compete in the athletic arena Through the years John has been a head and assistant coach with numerous programs in Wallingford. She hails from Vernon CT and went to Rockville High School where she played both varsity basketball and soccer. The passion for sports has remained and Katie has been involved with coaching varying levels of youth sports over the last 10 years. .

Matthew has competed in competitive basketball since he was 6 years old. This is his second year coaching with the program and he has a knack for connecting with our student athletes and helping them become more confident and capable players.

Matthew has competed in competitive basketball since he was 6 years old. This is his second year coaching with the program and he has a knack for connecting with our student athletes and helping them become more confident and capable players.
As a player, he has lived a very full basketball journey. Matthew played for the Our Lady of Fatima and Ulbrich travel team as well as the CT Hoopstars and CT Defenders AAU programs where he was a national champion his freshman year of high school and won the All-Tournament team award in Nationals. Matthew was also a member of the Moran Mustangs his 7th and 8th grade year where his 2013 team went undefeated and won the banner. He was a 4 year member of the Sheehan basketball team and went on to play Division 3 basketball at Western New England University for one year.
Professionally, Matthew is currently a paraeducator at Moran Middle School while pursuing his Masters in School Counseling with the hopes of becoming a middle school counselor. He currently resides with his parents and three dogs (Jett, Piper, Jax) in Wallingford. We feel very lucky to have Matt with the team!

As a career educator, musician, and athlete, Tim has dedicated himself to helping kids meet their goals. He competed at the highest levels of music as a scholar and leveraged that experience to earn an education at Yale University. In addition to his work in the classroom and with our team, Tim leads music programs for youth with the Wallingford School District.
Off the court, Tim and his wife Jenny, have 3 children (Jack, Joey, and Annie) who all have played or play with the Wolverines program.

Sports play a central role in the Bickelhaupt family's life. Eric’s wife, Erin, is a teacher in Madison and a former swimmer and basketball player. Their oldest son, Connor, is a freshman at Western New England University, where he competes as a track and field athlete. Their younger children, Kyle and Callen, are actively involved in various sports in town. The family is rounded out by their chocolate lab, Jeter, and their albino corn snake, Caramel.
